| GENERAL CONDITIONS |
Minimum Age of Students The minimum age for registration is normally 16. However, during the summer months of July, August and September special, all inclusive, courses for young students, aged 12 to 20, are also organised.
Accommodation: Accommodation is only available
when attending a Spanish language course at Euroschools. Accommodation
is reserved on a weekly basis, to coincide with the dates of your Spanish
language course. Your room with your Spanish family or in the international
student residence will be available from the Sunday prior to the commencement
of your course until the Saturday morning after the course finishes. If
you find it impossible to organise your arrival and departure dates to
coincide with Sunday and Saturday, additional nights can normally be reserved
on payment of the "+ 1 night" supplement. You will receive details and
address of your Spanish host family or of the international student residence
before
you arrive in Vigo. If you travel independently (not in a group) you should
advise Euroschools of your arrival schedule, make your way to your accommodation
on arrival and turn up at the school to commence the course following help
guidelines which we will send you. Groups will be met on arrival in Vigo.
Prices for Spanish family accommodation include light laundry, bedclothes
and administration charge. In the international student residence bedclothes
are supplied and there is a laundry service available.
Airport Collection and Transfer Service: If you travel on your own and wish to be met on arrival at Vigo airport, Euroschools will be happy to arrange for you to be collected and taken to your accommodation. There is a fee for this service.
Medical Insurance: All students should be covered for the duration of their stay by a medical insurance policy. European Union nationals are normally covered by a reciprocal agreement but should bring with them their National Health card and/or the appropiate form issued by the health authorities in their country. Non European Union nationals should take out a private medical insurance policy.
Enrolments: Please complete the registration form and send it to Euroschools, accompanied by a reservation deposit. All payments should be made by 1) a cheque in pesetas payable to European Language Schools, S.L. or 2) bank order payable to European Language Schools, S.L., to the account number mentioned in the registration form. The amount of the deposit will be later deducted from the total cost of the course. Registration requests should normally be received at least 1 month before the commencement of the course.

Textbooks: Textbooks are not included in the price of the course. They can be purchased from the secretary in Euroschools at the beginning of the course.
Cancellations: Cancellation must be notified in writing to Euroschools either by letter or fax. The date of receipt of notification will be regarded as the cancellation date. The reservation deposit is not refundable, but in case of cancellation prior to the beginning of the course, whatever fees have already been paid, with the exception of the reservation deposit, will be refunded in full to the student. If the cancellation notification is received after the course has begun, the proportional amount corresponding to course fees and accommodation, from the date of receipt of notification and the end of the course, will be refunded. Late arrival to the course or absence during the course will not qualify for a refund or discount.
